Graphisoft Park devrait accueillir l’université informatique de Budapest

The Budapest Municipality assigned to the Hungary’s major real estate developer Graphisoft Park an IT-University project. Graphisoft Park will build a university of informatics on a seven-hectare plot adjacent to the company’s office complex. The project will need 9.82 million Euro investments and the shareholder will not dividend for a few years. The signing of the contract, or the conclusion of the transaction is expected in late May.
