L'entreprise pharmaceutique Richter Gedeon construit une nouvelle usine à Debrecen
The Hungarian city of Debrecen provides the location for Gedeon Richter Plc.’s new investment project to establish a plant, with total expenditure exceeding HUF 15 billion, for the development and manufacture of biopharmaceutical products. Besides the new manufacturing unit being a milestone in the realisation of Richter’s strategic goals, it is also a significant step forward in enhancing the competitiveness of Hungarian industry and thereby that of Hungary, too. Richter’s unit in Debrecen will be one of kind in Central and Eastern Europe.

AUDI VA INVESTIR 200 MILLIONS D’EUROS A GYOR
Audi va investir 200 millions dans son usine de Györ afin d’y produire de nouveaux moteurs. VOLVO TRUCKS RECOIT UNE COMMANDE DE 1 500 POIDS LOURDS
La filiale hongroise de Volvo Trucks vient de recevoir une commande portant sur la livraison de 1 500 poids lourds (modèles FH) d’ici à 2011 à une entreprise de services logistiques locale. « Nous constatons une croissance économique solide en Europe centrale et de l’Est, en grande partie due aux investissements étrangers, au développement industriel et à un secteur de la construction en croissance », s’est félicité Tom Jorning, responsable des régions d’Europe centrale et orientale de Volvo Trucks. DELPHI VA ACCROITRE SA PRODUCTION EN HONGRIE
L’équipementier américain Delphi va transférer la production de deux de ses usines en Europe de l’Ouest vers son usine en Hongrie, a annoncé le quotidien VILAGGAZDASAG.
Delphi Hungary fabrique des volants et des systèmes électroniques dans sa division Electronique et Sécurité à Szombathely, dans l’ouest du pays. Zoltan Jambor, directeur des ressources humaines de la filiale, a indiqué au quotidien que les capacités de production de la division allaient être accrues et que ses effectifs pourraient être portés de 800 personnes actuellement à 950 d’ici à la fin de l’année.

Position Title of Supervisor: FCR Team Leader
Summary of Position:
Provision of first line support and account administration of specific business applications for accelerating global pharmaceutical development.
The FCR Dedicated Analyst will provide multilingual support to users globally, via telephone and email. Fluency in English is essential, both written and verbal.
Working hours will be determined by a shift pattern, which will be based on the following shifts:
European Shift (7:00-16:00 Local time)
US shift (15:00-24:00 Local time)
Night shift (23:00-8:00 Local time)
This includes weekend cover as the shifts are 24*7.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide telephone and email support to users (in their chosen language)
2. Ensure ownership of issues as per the SLA
3. Enter relevant data into the appropriate customer relationship management (CRM) system, and ensure it is kept up-to-date at all times
4. Upload data into CRM system when required
5. Comply with handover and escalation processes
6. Perform account administration activities (e.g. passwords resets)
7. Escalate appropriately to second line engineers and request updates until resolution is provided
8. Comply with quality control program
Education and Experience Required:
Ideally, you will be a graduate with at least one year's experience in a Support/Helpdesk role, preferably in an English speaking environment.

Ce stage pourra être éxécuté dans des domaines différents : développement, recherche, production, qualité... Je maîtrise l'anglais et suis débutant en hongrois.
