Sales Director, Advertising (Budapest, Hungary)

Our client is a very successful European in-store and indoor company with offices in the Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary, Slovak Republic, Ukraine, United Kingdom and The Netherlands. The company is currently market leader in operating advertising networks at supermarkets, petrol stations, drugstores, etc. and at selected leisure and educational segments.

In order to strengthen its management team in Hungary, we are looking for an experienced professional to take the position of Sales Director.

Scope of work and responsibilities

- responsibility for reaching group sales targets,
- key account management of specific accounts,
- working with the Country Manager to identify opportunities to develop the products portfolio and offering,
- active participation to the development of the staff, together with the Country Manager,
- lead a sales team of 6-10 sales managers (experienced experts),
- help and drive Sales Manager's individual targets,
- achieve own targets
develop long-term relationships with existing key clients and high potential new clients.

Skills

- proven experience in B2B advertising sales, preferably with selling advertisements from radio/TV, print, billboards, ambient media or in-store media, or as Trade Marketing manager for a major retailer or FMCG company,
- strong personality, with talent to develop his/her staff,
- ability to lead a team as well as to work individually,
- target oriented and ability to drive quantitative and qualitative assignments,
- fluent Hungarian language, intermediate English language, written and spoken,
- representative,
- outgoing & communicative.
