Lactalis pourrait faire l'acquisition de la société hongroise Sole-Mizo

Sole-Mizo, Hungary's biggest dairy company may be sold to French peer Lactalis, reported the business daily, Vilaggazdasag on December 8, 2008, citing unnamed sources close to Mr Csanyi.
In a written statement sent to the newspaper, Mr Csanyi said he would not exclude the possibility of bringing other investors into Sole-MiZo, if they would bring with them not only financing, but access to markets.
Lactalis originally wanted to buy all of Sole-MiZo, but it shelved the plan because of the global financial crisis, food industry insiders told Vilaggazdasag.
