Le fabriquant de tuiles autrichien Tondach devrait construire une nouvelle unité de production en Hongrie

Austrian tile maker Tondach plans to spend nearly 10 billion Hungarian forint to build a plant in Hungary, the local subsidiary announced, Budapest Business Journal reported on May 19. Tondach picked the town of Bekescsaba (SE Hungary) as the site for the plant because of the rich clay deposits nearby as well as the city’s proximity to Tondach’s markets in Romania, Bulgaria and Ukraine.

The plant, to start test production in August, will turn out an annual 30 million tiles and two million other roofing elements. It will staff 60 people.
