Abstract:
"Business in Central & Eastern Europe is finding that the threats facing their businesses are growing. From the problems facing companies trying to control operating losses to the challenges of operating a business securely or hiring reliable staff, the knowledge of how companies can manage business threats, or simply what effective and legal opportunities exist to manage them, are often only tacitly understood. In our presentation, we will take the audience through the methods utilized in the region and demonstrate by case study, how and why companies shouldn’t ignore the threats – but rather act proactively to meet the challenge".
